There was a big Awareness Campaign on Technology Addiction in our High School Nr 5. Our pupils prepared the quiz so their friends could see if they overuse the media.
Pupils also went to each class and reminded their friends that 2 hours of media use for non-academic purposes should be enough. They gave out leaflets and described the purpose of Technodiction project to everyone.
Also, some pupils were chosen to check how much screen time is there on first graders phones in parental control and security section. Those first graders who used the phone the least were rewarded.
However, the highlight of this month was meeting in Türkiye with all the partners. It was an unforgettable experience for all of us.

Erasmus Days at Colegiul Economic!
On 16th October, students from grades 9th -11th took part in an informative session dedicated to Erasmus Days, discovering the amazing opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program — from studying abroad and exploring new cultures to developing essential skills for the future.
Through engaging discussions and inspiring examples offered by the TECHNODICTION project team, students learned how Erasmus+ can open doors to personal growth, cultural exchange, and lifelong friendships.
This month we have also launched our awareness campaign on technology addiction and its harmful effects as part of our Erasmus+ project TECHNODICTION!
In a world where we’re constantly connected, it’s easy to lose sight of how much time we spend on our screens. This campaign aims to raise awareness about the impact of smartphone overuse on mental health, focus, and relationships, and to encourage students to find a healthier digital balance.
Students designed posters on smartphone addiction and its negative effects. They displayed them on a notice board placed in the school corridor. Erasmus meeting in Türkiye (27.10-31.10)
We fell in love with Türkiye and people who live there. Gaziantep is a vivid city with a wonderful culture and cuisine. We had a lot of activities and were really warmly welcomed by everyone. There were wokshops, presentations, creative writing, dramas. We played taboo, language games, made bookmarks, visited museums, went on a cruise, went to a concert, bought beautiful souvenirs on a baazar, ate delicious food, went horse riding and archery shooting and many more....
We will never forget our friends and this place.
